Looking for september 2019 thread and can never find where the official threads are held.

Thank you. I can never seem to find them through the search bar and if no one has posted on them for a few days then I have a hard time finding them.
For example, if looking for September 2018

And sometimes it doesn’t work even though there is a thread! What am I doing wrong? Where do I search? Thank you!!
