Where to find credit?

I'm not sure exactly where to post this. Last year we had a vacation planned and even had boo bash tickets. We canceled because of covid reasons. When we called, they couldn't refund the boo bash tickets but said they would credit the account to use at another time. We have booked to go back this September but have no clue where to find the credit. Any ideas? It was 8 tickets so a good amount of money.

What number did you call when they offered the credit?

We had a similar circumstance. You'll have to call ticket services. You'll get bounced around until eventually they put you with someone who can transfer those tickets into MNSSHP tickets. If you paid more than the current price, they'll refund you the difference to your original source of payment. If the new party is a little bit more than what you paid last year, you'll need to pay the difference. Make sure you have your confirmation number from your boo bash tickets.
