Where to find car rental discount codes?

I've been stalking the transportation forum trying to find a good deal on a car rental.

We are not going to DW this year, but to California and DL. We are flying into San Francisco and driving to DL.

It's been awhile since I booked a car rental and I'm looking for a place to get codes to try.

I see in threads someone will say they used a certain code, but I'm not even sure what company it for or it's restrictions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have to have a vehicle that will hold 6, so it gets pricey!

I've been checking out the codes offered by AAA and BJ's (if you are a member of either of those). Also, I'm a Realtor and the National Association of Realtors offers a discount...perhaps your employer/union/etc has discounts as well?

I don't know if its ok to say this but hope it is ok. Register for MOUESAVERS newsletters (they come out monthly) or go on their website and check the transportation section. Under car rentals the have codes etc for each vendor. Not sure about the west coast, but check it out.

Thank you both! I do have AAA, so I will check there and I also subscribe to the newsletter and didn't think about their codes.
