I'm counting on all you DISers out there! I need a TS dinner in MK for the end of September...doesn't have to be a character meal, just something good! Any suggestions would be great, thanks for in advance!

If you want table service in MK there aren't a lot of choices.. but we always love the Crystal Palace. Pooh, Tigger & Eeyore are there which makes it fun - and the buffet always has good food with a big selection. The atmosphere is really nice.. and there is that beautiful view of the castle :)

The Plaza is consistently my favorite table service restaurant in the Magic Kingdom. The menu consists of mostly sandwiches and salads, but the food is tasty and the ice cream desserts are wonderful.

If you were looking for something more substantial, Liberty Tree Tavern offers a family-style Thanksgiving feast. The food is decent, and what it lacks in quality it makes up for in quantity. You certainly won't leave hungry.

Hope this helps!

My choice in the MK is Liberty Tree Tavern. I'll agree that it is not 5 star cuisine; however, it is a decent place to eat. And as a pp stated, you will not leave this place with an empty stomach.

We don't have any MK TS favorites, but based on all the reviews I have read, I'd pick Liberty Tree Tavern if we ever do a TS there.

I'd pick, in this order, LTT, CP and Plaza. We also really do enjoy CRT if you don't mind using 2 credits (if you are on the DDP)!

DH & I really enjoyed Liberty Tree Tavern. The good was tasty & unlimited family-style service is always a plus. (After a long day in MK, who really wants people elbowing them at a buffet?) I really liked the salad, bread, & sides. DH liked the meats, mashed potatoes, & dessert. We both left with full happy tummies.

If you are on your way to MK or leaving around dinner time-I would go with 1900 Park Fare @ GF for characters. Or Kona @ Poly :)

With that same question, we booked the Crystal Palace for lunch! Pooh and friends plus, from the reviews, a great buffet!

I agree with LTT, but try to make it lunch, rather than dinner.

Another option would be to hop the monorail to one of the resorts. Better options and food IMO and very convenient to get to. Monorail gets you off your feet for a few too!

my family always goes to crystal palace for dinner every year the atmosphere is nice the characters are great and the food is good we also go to liberty tree wich is also has good food but ide really recomend crystal palace
