Where to eat with Belle?

Is Belle at both the princess character meals in MK and Epcot?

It's been awhile but if I remember correctly we only saw Belle at Epcot. I think at MK we only saw Cinderella, Jasmin, Snow White and Aurora.

After Enchanted Tales with Belle opened she no longer appears at CRT so there is no dining with Belle in the MK. The Beast appears at Be Our Guest, but only at dinner.

At Epcot your photo is taken with Belle before the meal at Akershus, but she does not visit the tables in the dining room.
