Where to eat Halloween Night Outside the MK

We will be down this year for Halloween. We have AP's (6 adults) and plan on being in the MK during the day. We are not attending the party that night so I know we have to leave at 7:00. We would love to eat somewhere close to the MK so we can watch the fireworks that night (at 10:15). I have reservations for Chef Mickey's at 8:00 but have not eaten there in years and not sure if we want to spend the money to eat there with the not so great reviews it has gotten lately.

Some other options would be Kona at the Poly (love the views from there), GF Café or 1900 Park Fair at the GF. Do any of the resorts do anything for Halloween. We are not dressing up but do have matching Mickey Halloween tshirts.

Most of the hotels do have some sort of Trick or Treating but it's fairly low key. If it were me, I'd opt for either The Wave in the Contemporary or take the boat over to the campground for Trails End BBQ buffet. Extra bonus for Trails End - the campers dress their sites up for Halloween. You can stroll through and see the decorations while you watch the trick or treat action after eating.

We are not big fans a chef mickeys now the kids a grown it was always so loud in there. If you had kids I would say yes if not I would try to pick something else.

Thanks for the responses. Great idea for Trails End. We ate there last year and really enjoyed it. Would love to see all the campsites decorated.

Wilderness Lodge and the Whispering Canyon Cafe is another fun option.
