Our kids are young, 3 and 1 and I am pretty sure we will be done at DHS in plenty of time for dinner, I just need advice where to go, someplace special, good and kid friendly. Thanks!

What type of food and atmosphere are you wanting for your b-day dinner? Casual, formal, buffet, a la carte? I've been a part of great b-day celebrations at 50's Prime Time Cafe, Le Cellier, Whispering Canyon, Biergarten, & Disney's Spirit of Aloha Luau. California Grill could also be a great place for dinner & fireworks. Have a great trip!

I am having my bday dinner with Mickey at Chef Mickey..I will be 65 on Jan 29 and that is the day we arrive. It will be me, DH< DD nad her husband and 3 DGS...aged 11,10 and 2. The 2 yr old loves MIckey too!

My family loves Whispering Canyon Springs (Bottomless milkshakes):thumbsup2, Ohana, Crystal Palace & LeCellier. Such a hard choice!

My dream birthday would be at Cali Grill, Narcooses', Flying Fish or Jiko but my kids are older. Will they be able to tolerate a longer dinner? If my kids were smaller, I would probably do a character dinner somewhere and enjoy their cute little faces.

Hmmm. Dinner with a one and three year old... My first inclination is to have dinner at POR. I'd head back from the park let the kids nap hit the pools with a nice cocktail then head over and enjoy the great entertainer at POR. I believe the guy is called yeha bob or something like that. Given you're already "home" both you and your dh can indulge and if you're having lots of fun he can see to bed time for the kids and allow you some extra time enjoying the evening.

Sorry I've never eaten at POR, but I recall decent reviews of their sit down restaurant, also you'll likely have no trouble with the ressie.
