Where to eat? Feedback on ADRs please

And possibly help deciding on the rest of my CS restaurants. I posted this somewhere else, but thought perhaps it was the wrong category...

Sunday September 11th- arrive 3:30
Dinner Maya Grill 7:00
MK for EMH until Midnight (or 1am?)

Monday September 12th
Epcot
Lunch La Cantina De San Angel
Dinner Garden Grill 7:00
Illuminations 9:00
Possibly hop over to DHS to ride a roller coaster during EMH

Tuesday September 13th (My 18 year sobriety birthday)
sleep-in
Breakfast/Lunch 1900 Park Fare 11:05
Dinner Cosmic Rays or Columbia Harbor House (salmon sounds yummy. Has anyone had this?)

I tried to respond in your text, but can't

However, the first day you have at Epcot for counter service I would suggest looking at menus on allears or here and looking what sounds good. I love the pastry shop in France as well as the Morocco counter service.

Counter service dinner at MK is ALWAYS Cosmic Rays for my family, but MANY her on the DIS love CHH

and the second day at Epcot (after Le Cellier) and befor the dessert party throws me. we have never done the dessert party, but lots of people say to go hungry. you could just have a quick snack (egg rolls, filled pretzel, etc) so that you could really enjoy the desserts.

Epcot always sounds good for food. There are just so many options. Maybe we will get a ham and cheese croissant on the day before the dessert party from the french bakery? Yummy....

OK, I edited it up a bit. I am so excited. Plans are really coming together. Only 3 days! Oh and I am getting Disney nails tomorrow. heehee

Maybe if your in Epcot try another one there...MK didnt have too many CS places that appealed to me. Epcot has alot of yummy places though!!! And the Pinnochio Village Haus is a CS place...we just stopped in there cuz we were so hungry but it was great!

I am thinking I have to make it by the Boulangerie Patisserie and the place in Germany that has the caramel.
