There is nothing at all in entire park when we are visiting so wondering what would be ideal for a sit down that is not too far to go out of park and eat and be back for night shows. Thoughts? Or as an alternative this morning we could did a sit down breakfast. If so, what are best breakfast options with two teenagers?
Sorry we were crazy and booked a last minute trip for next week.........lol.

On our DHS day, we always eat breakfast at Cape May Cafe. We love the breakfast buffet there and then after eating we hop the boat to the park. I'm not sure you'll be able to get an ADR there this late though. Where are you staying? Can you eat in your resort's food court?

ETA - You could always eat at Beaches and Cream for lunch. Again, it would a quick boat ride or walk to/from DHS/BC.

We are staying at Carribean and on DDP so need a sit down for this day if possible. I guess we could do two counter service and then two sit down another day.

HS actually has a bunch of restaurants, but if none of them are your cup of tea, there are plenty of options at Yacht, Beach, and Boardwalk.

Keep checking. Especially the day before your HS day as people will cancel ADRs they won't use 1-2 days before they'll be charged the no-show fee. Are you looking for lunch or dinner? 50s Primetime has lunch openings every day next week.

In the meantime, if you require a TS, the Epcot resorts may have availability. Captains Grille at YC usually has something and Trattoria al Forno on the boardwalk might, as well.

Edit: Mama Melrose has lunch and dinner times and Sci-Fi has a few late lunch.

Keep checking for availability. We had a very good meal at Mama Melrose and might consider SciFi for next trip.

If you are unable to get something at DHS you can take the boat to Epcot and eat in the WS or on the boardwalk, although you will lose a good amount of time to travel.

It depends what time of day you are looking at, and how much time you want to dedicate to it. We have often taken a resort bus to a resort restaurant, returned to the park after for nighttime events. This is a great way to do a late lunch at Sanaa (just take AKL bus both way). Or head over to Epcot with an ADR (if you have park hoppers), which can be really fun, and boat or walk back. There are certainly options at Epcot resorts, but there is still some travel time to factor in. Not that much closer than Epcot.

When spending day at park, when we leave to get a bite, we prefer nothing too fancy. We would probably take the launch over to BWI and then eat at ESPN. Something on the menu for everyone, not too fancy for park attire, etc. If you want something more fancy, the new Italian restaurant or Flyin Fish would work. You can either get back on the boat, or walk off the full belly feeling with a nice walk along the waterway path.
