Where to eat Christmas day?

Ok, I am planning a last minute trip to DW over Christmas. Don't panic, I do have all my ADRS but I am thinking about changing some. Since we decided so late we couldn't get exactly what we wanted but that is ok. We are just thrilled to be going! No LeCellier for us this time though

So we are staying away from MK and Epcot on Christmas day and currently have an ADR for Boatwrights Christmas night. We will be at DHS that day. We have never eaten at Boatwrights but it just doesn't seem special enough for Christmas Day. Ok, that probably sounds bad...oh well. Any suggestions.

I know what you mean about Boatrights and Christmas Day. Would you consider a Signature? Maybe Flying Fish or the Yachtman since you will be at DHS? Or what about Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club? Then you can enjoy the decorations at the Yacht & Beach Club and maybe even walk over to the Boardwalk.

At this point if you decide to change, you may have to go with what is available. If you decide to get something in a park, be prepared to get to that park early and stay there until your ressie time or you may not be able to get into the park. A lot of the resort restaurants are already booked. Maybe you will get lucky and snag something that someone has cancelled.

I'll be at Boatwrights on 12/25 for dinner as well. We're not even going to a park that day. We're going to enjoy a nice leasurely day around the resort and maybe we'll hop over the DTD though I doubt it. We're staying at POFQ so it made sense to eat there that night. We're already not following any kind of traditions just by being at WDW so I see no need for turkey dinner that night.
