Where to eat before Spectromagic Parade?

Hi. We would like to see the Spectromagic parade at MK on the night it is at 9pm. Where should we make a ps for dinner and at what time? Can you see it from a restaurant?

We prefer to eat outside the park at 1900 Park Fare. It's seems less hectice than anything inside MK at dinner time. We knew we were taking a chance one timing, but we had a 7pm PS for the 9pm parade.

Thanks I was thinking about park fare. I actually have an early ps made before I knew about the light parade.
