We are thinking of having an early dinner (5:30 or so) here on New Year's Eve with DS7 and DD4. We are staying at POFQ and thought it would be a way to be a little bit a part of festivities, but then take the boat back around 7/8 and miss most of the craziness of the night--what do you think? We will be on the DDP and definitely want TS--what do you think of this plan?

i'd suggest either cap'n jacks - they have excellent crab cakes, and there are twin lobster tails at dinner on DDP

Raglan Road is fabulous!:thumbsup2 The food is excellent [especially Ger's Bread & Butter Pudding] and although we were too early for the band and the dancing I hear they are awesome too!

You and your children would enjoy Planet Hollywood...thats what I would pick and the boat ride is a great idea (stayed (staying) at POR)

I'm trying Wolfgang Pucks this trip. I like House of Blues a lot.

Oh my gosh...just looked at the menu for Cap'n Jacks and had to make an ADR. We were originally planning to go to Planet Hollywood, but decided to change after your recommendation. We are still planning to use our $15 food voucher for PH to have an appetizer while we're exploring DTD.:cheer2:

Thanks a ton for turning us on to this restaurant.:yay:

Cap n' Jacks! The twin lobster tails are amazing! I am not exactly a fan of PH, have gone there and had just a sub par meal. So meh about that
