Where to dine 1st night to see fireworks?

DH, DD23, DS16 and I get into Orlando at 6pm and would like to have dinner at a resort and watch the fireworks and EWP. Any suggestions?

Cali Grill at the Contemporary has the best view by far. (IMO)

We also enjoyed Wishes while dining at Narcoosees (GF) and Ohana (Poly).

That's at Epcot. You may be able to see some of IllumiNations, but you definitely can't see the Electric Water Pageant.

We had a great view of the fireworks and EWP from Narcoossee's. You can go out on the deck, but we were there in December when it was so cold, no one was outside so we had a perfect view from our table.
