Where to buy watermark/disney quest annual passes?

We're staying fora week over spring break and want to buy the annual pass that includes both waterparks and Disney Quest. Where do I buy these? And can I get them linked on my magic bands?

Have you found answers to your questions? We are contemplating buying the same for our August trip. I can't seem to find any current information other than the cost to buy one. I did find some rather old info (2008) that states the passes can only be bought at the ticket windows.
