Yes, there is a shop in Magic Kingdom that you can get Mr. Potato Head. The setup is just like Once Upon A Toy in DDT. The name of the shop escapes me but we bought our potato head and accessories in there... look in Fantasyland near Toontown Fair.

Some of the resorts gift shops had them last year. I saw them at POP and port
