Where to buy small sewing kits?

Like the type you find in hotel rooms? Where can I buy those?

I have found them at Walgreens and chain grocery stores. Probably available at many Wal Marts or at fabric stores too. You may need to ask - they are small and hard to see.

They have them at WalMart. I had to look it up, since I usually just make one up for us .

If you have a hotel stay at any point between now and your cruise, just ask at check-in if they have them available.

Believe it or not, I get mine at the Dollar Store. It's the same one they sell at Wegmans (grocery store) except they don't charge $4 for it

The Dollar Tree has them, fun color cases too. Nice gift for a buck

We bought them at a local dollar store to include in our FE gifts. They were indeed $1. Came in a small zippered vinyl case.

I should've clarified that I'm looking for the simplest type of sewing kits, no bells and whistles, not even small scissors, thimble, threader, plastic case, just one or two buttons, some threads and needles in a paper box, that's it. Hoping to spend less than a dollar each as I'll be tossing in a bunch of other stuff in the FE gifts.

The ones from Walgreens, Walmart, Dollar Store, etc., are those the fancy schmancy kind?

Look at the dollar tree as they might have some or you could always make your own. I did that for an FE gift once. Just get some threat in a couple of common colors and wrap around a small piece of paper, put 2 white or clear button and a couple of needles ( through a piece of paper or with a small bit of plastic on the end and put in a smaller bag for your larger one.
