Where to Buy Park Passes?

I apologize if this question has been asked many times before, but I didn't have any luck when searching for the answer.

Can Park Hopper passes be purchased at the Holiday Inn Disney Hotel? Is there a surcharge to buy them there instead of at the Park?

Also, is there somewhere at Disney Village to buy them. I don't want to waste lots of time lined up at the Park when we're there in August.

Yes, they will sell them at the Holiday Inn. I don't think there will be a surcharge.
