Any suggestions on where to buy decent quality 300 thread or more fitted sheet separates? We have a golden retriever who digs on the bed and has put holes in 3 out of 4 of my sheet sets. I don't need the whole sets as I have PLENTY of pillow cases, and I don't make the bed with a top sheet as DH hates it and I fold it and leave it just for me on the side table. I have more than 4 in pristine condition. But I am tired of sewing the fitted sheets. I tried Target and Walmart because I don't want to spend a lot, but the only separates I saw were for flannel sheets and I get too warm with those. I don't use a blanket just a sheet- dh uses a down throw-which is why we don't make the bed with the top sheet- he hates taking it off. I tend to use white, cream or beige so color isn't a big thing. Thanks!

JCPenny has 360 ct fitted sheets ($25 for full; $30 for queen) here: http://www.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6E.asp...59267&Nao=0&PSO=0&bcCat=3&CmCatId=82319|82327

I would imagine Macy's, Kohl's, Boscov's would have them too. :)

I don't know if they'd have 300 ct but I know that I got a twin sized flat (not fitted) sheet at WalMart. Maybe it's a hit or miss with WM & Target?

Thanks! I haven't seen any in my walmart so I can try the site to store.

I would try TJMaxx, Marshall's or HomeGoods. They often have fitted sheets separate from the flat sheets.

I've bought them at WM, our doxie likes to dig and has put holes in DD's sheets as well.

Well - I would love to say my furbaby is perfect...she's not. Hasn't "done in" the sheets yet. But she does like to "rearrang the pillows into a nest...

What about using the flat sheet on the bottom. My DH's mother did this, they grew up without any flat sheets. (His mom's theory was the sheets lasted longer.)

not as easy as walmart, but garnet hill has SUPER sales and I get our sheets from there but pay less than target or walmart. For twin size I pay around $4 or so, you may not get the exact color or whatever but the quality is super good. They also often have coupons that can be used on top of the sale price. Like I said not as easy as the other places but if you got those fancy sheet tastes like I do, it's a good way to go.

Try Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or HomeGoods if you have one nearby. They have good quality at very reasonable prices. Be sure to also check the clearance aisle.

Where did you find flannel fitted seperate? Forwhatever reason my bottem if very worn but the top & pillow cases look nearly new. I would love to just buy the bottom sheet.

Have you checked Sears? They normally have a January White Sale, on bedding, linens etc.

I checked last night at our Target. They had a whole section devoted to single-sheet items. They were the Room Essentials brand, and came in little fabric sacks, matching the color of the sheets. They were 250 count.

I'd shop at Goodwill, Salvation army, etc for fitted sheets They still sell them for around 3 or 4.00 per sheet very rarely do ya find a complete set anyway there an most all the sheets are still in very very good condition.
