Where to buy extra ticket with preferred annual pass discount

I have a preferred annual pass which says I can purchase extra multi-day tickets with a 15% discount. They are not available on line. Any options besides the ticket windows at the park? We will be staying at the Royal Pacific - will they honor the discount there? How about by phone?

Tickets purchased with the AP discount need to be purchased at the gate since you have to show your AP to get the discount. You MIGHT be able to do it over the phone but you would need to check with Guest Services to see.

Saw your post and wanted to check and see if you were able to buy tickets over the phone. Our friends are down here for a week and not really hitting it off with Disney. They didn't plan on Universal so I'd like to treat them to a day or two there. They would never allow it if they knew how much it cost so I'd like to buy the discounted tickets over the phone and pick them up if possible.
