Where to Build Light Saber?

I believe that the Build-Your-Own-Light-Saber is offered both in DTD and in the park? Which is the better location to do this? I think my ds' (ages 7 and 11) would like to build it themselves and I've read that the CM's in the park tend to build it for you so the lines don't back up. Is this true at the DTD location as well? We are getting a huge Legoland store down the road from us in the Chicago burbs - I wonder if it will have this feature?

I haven't seen it in DtD, but saw it today at Disneyland in Tomorrowland at Star Traders.

Thanks for the cool pics! Maybe I am confused with DTD at WDW? Btw, looked up the Legoland opening up here in Chicagoland and apparently it is a mini indoor park - first one in the USA!
