Where to book?

I also posted this on the DVC page, but I thought you all might be able to shed some light on this situation as well!

Ok here is my situation...I am about to book an impromptu and well deserved vacation for the last weekend/week in Aug. Getting in early on Sat morning and leaving late on Tues night. I want to stay at BCV b/c I am mainly going to relax and make use of the peace and the pool.

Yes this all sounds good so far HOWEVER they all only have availability at BCV for Sat and Sun night, not Mon night. Is it crazy for me to switch to another resort for one night? I'm sure they'll transfer luggage for me, and it's going to be me (and prolly one other adult).

If I do decide to do this should I switch to BWI, OKW, or SS? (I will NOT be making use of the spa at SS so dont let that influence your decision!)

I'd say stay at BCV and then waitlist for the last night while making a reservation at another hotel that you'd like to stay at. (I'm sure you've heard that already on the DVC thread, though).

If it's just you and another adult, then switching rooms for the last night probably wouldn't be that big of a hassle and might be fun to try something different.

Chances are, though, that the waitlist will come through.

ooo thank you very much! I feel like its a lot closer than it actually is though. Its still over a month (4 weeks of work and 3 weekends of classes) away!
