Where to Begin? WDW Vet First Trip to DL.

I tried finding a thread like this and searched a few key words but couldn't find a thread that was more recent than 2018.

Is there a summary somewhere of good info to know when planning a trip to DL?

I know the 'where do I start' questions are overwhelming so I don't want to do that to anyone, just wondering if there are key threads you would recommend I read to start learning and planning.

I don't know of a summary thread but you could just start looking at the basics.

1. When do you want to go?
2. What hotel?
3. Number of days in the park
4. Restaurants you want to try
5. Hoppers vs non-hoppers.


You could also look at some touring websites or blogs. Did you try a search for "WDW"? I think alot of WDW regulars come and ask questions when they are starting to plan their Disneyland trips.

I'm not familiar with threads like that here but I do recommend if you're okay with it a site like Disneyland Daily. She has some great guides for first timers. She goes to both parks so she appreciates what each has to offer. She's on Facebook and Instagram as well. I really enjoy her strategies and have used them previously to have great trips to the parks when we've gone.
