Can we activate our annual passes at tje international gateway at Epcot? We will be staying at BCV.

The IG has both a Guest Relations window and a Ticket Window. Either can activate Annual Passes.

You can also activate at Disney a Springs if say you'll be there the day before and don't want to get to the IG super early or cut into park time
