Are you new? I’ve been a member for a while, but not active - I can’t pm the person I want to until I post 10 times, and it put me on a timer this morning where I had to wait...it is frustrating but it keeps the spammers away. You might have been on a timer where you have to wait like I was this morning. Good luck!
