I'm having a hard time picking out a hotel. Its between the Desert Inn and suites, Park vue inn, and Del sol. I need a room that is clean, inexpensive, close to the crosswalk, has breakfast and has a room big enough to accomidate a port-a-crib AND a toddler size air mattress. We are going March 29-April 2. Thank you!

Park Vue is my vote we have always stayed there never any problems. Its a 3-5 minute walk to the park entrance depending how fast you walk . Rooms are clean , beds are comfortable, they have an above average continental breakfest and great value for the rooms. The only thing that i didnt like was it didnt have an elevator . So after a long day it can kind of be a pain in the rear for taking the stroller upstairs .

Park Vue!

Go to their website, you can see which rooms are available and a number of different pricing options. Don't know if they are still doing it, but you can try DREAMS for a promotional code.

Close as you can get to the front gate - very handy for trips back during the day and that walk home at night. No elevator is no big deal really. It is a small hotel, but we like it! :goodvibes

how many floors is it? We'll be lugging a double stroller and no elevator could be a deal breaker

I was not at all happy with the Park Vue. We were right at the front, under the breakfast room, which meant we heard the stomping feet of children *running* to the breakfast room every single morning. They were also tearing up the driveway, which meant loud trucks outside our room every day. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and saggy, too. I'd much rather walk a little more for a comfortable bed and quiet room.

Its only 2 floors, so if you do stay there stay as far from the main entrance as possible and stay on the second floor.

We have had no problems with the beds in any of the rooms we have stayed in (3 rooms at a time for our large group over the past few years). I have not stayed underneath the breakfast room, but I can imagine I would not want to.

You can certainly request to not be under the breakfast room. Depending on how much space you need, they do offer a room that has 3 queen beds, one of which is in a separate room. That room is next to the laundry (wasn't noisy and was nice for us!) - across the lot from the breakfast room - first floor. Aren't the bunk bed rooms near the breakfast room?
