Where should we eat New Year's Eve?

DW and I will be staying at the Swan from 12/30-1/6. We're looking for a good suggestion for dinner on New Yar's Eve. I'm thinking about Arthur 27's, @ the Wyndham because of the view of DD, but we won't be seeing fireworks, so this may not be worth it. Any suggestions on a good place to eat, outside of the parks (I hate those huge crowds), that night?

Well, we've decided to do the Hoopdedoo because we don't enjoy crowds either. Not exactly fine dining, but fun and festive.
