Okay, I never thought I'd ask such a silly Q, so bear with me.

I have decided I would like to stay at as many WDW resorts as possible. So far I have stayed at Pop (twice!) GF (due to an amazing upgrade!) and CSR. In August I will be staying at ASMu for a week, followed by 2 days at BC. In December I will be staying at the Poly.

About now I am starting to wonder about 2009 trips... I will likely go with some friends in Oct '09 to celebrate my friend's daughter's 5th B-day. I am also thinking of a trip in March, April or May of next year.

I am thinking of maybe doing 4 or 5 days at a mod capped off with 2 days at a deluxe for the October trip. The Spring trip will be shorter and not likely a split stay.

Since I will be staying BC, I am thinking I will skip YC--at least for a while. And, I figure ASMu will suffice for my stay at All Stars.

So, what would you do?

I too LOVE staying at different resorts..I havent expereniced them all yet but one of my fav's that you dont have listed is POR. I think its such a pretty resort & I love the boat transportation to DTD. Boatrights is delioushhh, cm's are great & the grounds are beautiful. :cheer2:

I'd say POR (or POFQ, either works) for the mod then switch to WL for the Deluxe.

POR+WL=My favorite resorts :)

CBR and AKL get my vote. :)

A lot of people decide to stay in all the hotels. I was one. Haven't done SSR or Pop yet. Will get to them eventually.

I really didn't want to stay at either of the Port Orleans resorts and thought I'd hate it there. After staying in them, I had to admit that I didn't hate them. They really weren't bad at all. Still not my favorites, but I did enjoy my time there.

I've been pleasantly and unpleasantly surprised in my WDW hotel experiences, but it's been fun!

...and I think if you've stayed in one All Star, that counts for all of 'em!

Can't believe no one has said Contemporary!!! It would be GREAT if your friend with the 5 year old could stay with you....the kids LOVE being in the tower and seeing fireworks at night...just MAGICAL!!!!

Enjoy!

I would do CSR and WL.
Never been to CSR but have heard good things. and WL is personal favorite. Best Atmosphere of all resorts.

Thanks, everybody. :goodvibes

We did a grand gathering with 3 families back in July and were supposed to stay AKL but due to the construction there got "bumped" to the GF. So, I will probably wait til I travel with that group again to do AKL. And, I am hoping my husband will agree to go back in Dec. '10 and figure we will stay at WL.

I think I will plan on CBR or Contemporary (depending on $$ matters) for the Spring visit then one of the PO's for the October visit--maybe followed by a stay at the Boardwalk...
