Where should I stay Grand Cal Or Disney Hotel

looking at booking Disneyland in February
which one should i book. Grand or Disneyland hotel.
we have stayed at the Disneyland hotel and love it. the rooms were huge. Ive heard the
Grand Cal rooms are small . im only looking at standard rooms just worried that the Grans Cal rooms are too small compared to Disney Hotel

They're not too small; the room size difference isn't huge between two hotels. DLH rooms do tend to be larger, but we often went as a family of 5 and stayed in one room at GCH..

The bigger question is: what is it you're wanting out of GCH? If you love DLH, what is drawing you to consider the Grand? The main draw for a lot of people is how close you are to the parks and its central location in DTD. The dedicated entrance to DCA is very nice. GCH is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous lobby, and you already know the many great things that DLH has to offer.

I think the reason you haven't received replies is because this topic comes up so often and has been discussed multiple times. You might do a search of this board and look over previous posts about it.

The bottom line is that you can't go wrong either way! If you're happy with DLH and the price is a lot better, that's a good way to go IMO.

The rooms are slightly smaller. They are much darker at the Grand, even after they did a lot to lighten them up. Do you spend a lot of time in the room? Given the choice, I'd choose the Grand each and every time, but that's because I like the food, lobby and ease of getting in and out of the park. I don't hang out in the room, so I've never noticed that the rooms were smaller than DLH. People post that they are - so, I guess they are. I guess that matters if you are going to spend a lot of time in the room.
