Where should I go on vacation in May?

We have a trip booked in October -2 bedroom at OKW and we are taking my Mom.

But we are considering a vacation in May.
At first we thought we would go to Vero Beach in April but then we thought budget was too tight for that and squashed that thought. A new revenue source has come up for us and now DH is saying we could consider a trip -but now April is too close, so we would look at May.

We tossed the idea of WDW around, but we wondered if we would offend my Mom by going on a trip without her before our trip with her since the idea was to have her come help take care of our baby.

daughter is 11 months now.

So do we do Vero and use points??
WDW and and use points?
Alternate vacation to some place warm- Punta Cana, Florida Keys, etc???

What would you do? We have to travel with baby no matter where we go.

punta cana is nice-it is very very warm in May. Key West would be a lot of fun that time of year. Or explore a National Park.
