Where shall we eat?

Since I got a pin for free dining we're going to WDW in December It will be me, my mom and my niece (11). While my mom and niece aren't picky eaters, they're really not into gourmet food at all, nor are they adventurous when it comes to dining. We'll be there for four nights and I've narrowed my choices (all for dinner) to:

Chef Mickey's
Le Cellier or Coral Reef, depending on what I can get (Epcot day)
Tony's
1900 Park Fare

Does anyone have any other suggestions. We're doing one park a day and won't have hoppers (we'll be there for 4 full days).

If you can't get what you want it's good to be ready with back ups
Chef Mickey's or Wave

Le Cellier or Coral Reef, depending on what I can get (Epcot day) or Teppen Edo or Tutto

Tony's or CP or LTT

1900 Park Fare or Ohana or Kona or GF Cafe

Here are my suggestions!

MK day: Crystal Palace, Chef Mickeys, Ohanas or Whispering Canyon for dinner.
Epcot day: Teppan Edo, Tutto, LeCellier or Coral Reef
AK day: Tusker House breakast or BOMA at AKL.
DHS: 50's Prime Time or Sci Fi.

I too recommend Crystal Palace for your MK day.....great buffet with plenty of options for everyone...it is a really good buffet....
For Epcot, if you cant get Le Cellier....then try for Coral Reef..
AK ...try the breakfast buffet with Tusker ...
MGM .....if your niece would like another buffet of anything you can imagine .....then Hollywood and Vine is not really bad......plenty of options and good desserts.....we aldo did Hollywood and Vine character breakfast .....that food was really good....

Hollywood Studios: Sci Fi, 50's Prime Time or Mama Melrose (we prefer MM)

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I made our flight reservations so we're now spending an extra night (although we get in really late). I'm definitely going to book O'Hana's for one night and move Chef Mickey's to breakfast.
