yes, you phone the booking line, add the cake to your booking, then when you check in at your hotel the cake voucher will be waiting for you.
You then need to arrange with the restaurant of your choice (ie Cafe Mickey) when you want to use the voucher. I go to City Hall to arrange this. I also tell our waiter when we're seated that we've booked a birthday cake (I might have to take him to one side when we go next, as I'm trying to surprise my niece and she has ears like a bat
). When you ask for your bill at Cafe Mickey, you hand over your voucher and the cake will be paid in full.
