Where is there internet access? Staying @Yacht/Beach Club

I am looking for computers that can be rented by the minute/hour for use while I am staying in Disney World. I know some hotels have wifi access, but I don't travel with my laptop, so I will be looking to use an actual computer. I am hoping not to have to go too far, does anyone know if there are any at the other Epcot hotels within walking distance? If there are any at the other hotels from the Monorails that any one knows of, I think even those would be reasonable to get to.

I thought I'd enjoy my laptop so I brought it. As I unpacked I read the rate and did not even try to set up the laptop. It was not worth $9.95 to keep in touch!

Guests may access the internet and check their Web-based email at the Business Center at Disney's Contemporary, Grand Floridian, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Yacht and Beach Club and Coronado Springs Resorts. Their hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The cost is $40 per hour or $10 for each 15 minutes of internet access. There is also a charge of $1 per page to print. The Center's equipment can be used for business purposes only.
