Where is the WL conceirge located?

Hello everyone,

I had read somewhere that they are updating Wl conceirge, where is it currently located? I arrive June 5th and was just wondering. Is the concierge at Wl good? I stayed at the Poly (conceirge) and of course was spoiled.

I too was wondering the same thing, I thought I had read an earlier post that stated construction would not begin until the end of may and end in July???? I am hoping its done prior to my end of August trip!! Anyway, I love WL and stay there often, I dont think their concierge is as good as AKL and GF in comparison, (I have never stayed poly concierge.) It was very small area located in the hallway on the 7th floor. It is still a wonderful place/service and we love the CM's there. It is worth the upgrade and I am sure even your June trip they will locate it somewhere convenient and still be very accomodating.

The 7th floor lounge looks out onto the wonderful Lobby.

There are a few tables and a couch and great views of the lobby and lake/pool area.

If only someone was at WL concierge right now so they could give an update to those of us who are just dying to know what is going on with our beloved WL concierge floor!
