Where is the Train Ride and Carousel at Downtown Disney?

From what I can recall, they are located before the World of Disney store and the cost is $2 or $3 per ride. Hopefully someone who has just returned can give the most accurate cost.

What matt&jakesmom said is correct to the best I can recall. They were a big hit with my DS4 last trip.

The play fountain (where water squirts up from the ground at different places) was an even bigger hit. It is located around the same area, right near one of the entrances.
