where is the savings?what am i missing?

hi all,
have some family coming with us to wdw in the end of march.si i was looking up tickets prices for them by thier request.tell me what am i missisng?i show you the numbers.

my aunt and uncle who live in florida.i looked up the florida rate and this is what i got
3 day with park hopper option florida resident rate- $310.00

for my mom and aunt who live in WI
3 day with park hopper option, regular ticket no discount-$308.00

so a regular 3 day ticket is cheaper than a 3 day ticket with a florida resident discount????? what am i doing wrong if any.can this be the actualy price for a florida resident discount,cause it does not look like any kind of discount to me??

I just did it on the disney site, got $308 as the discounted price, $412 as non-discounted for the same tickets (Fl Res vs non).

That can't be right--both amounts seem way too expensive. I think the (non-discount) price should be more like $220. . .???

FL residents can get a special 3-day ticket for $119. It expires 6 months from purchase (or day of first use, not sure which) and does not have the hopper option. However, I am pretty sure you can add the hopper option for an additional price.

A FL resident seasonal pass (blocks out some time in the summer and around Christmas and spring break) is $209.

A FL resident annual pass is $315.

We used this option in June and it was $35 to add the hopper. I think we got ours from AAA.

yes to add the hopper option its 35 dollars more.i see where i went wrong i put the state as florida for my aunt and uncle then i never change the state to wi for my mother.that's where i went wrong its about $100 more for her ticket.thank you all for your help.
