Where is the place in Epcot with Build-a-mug?

HI,

We bought the build a mugs at Goofy's candy shop in DTD last year. We brought them back in Feb and were able to use them again by paying for the refill. I know there is a place in Epcot ( I believe Future World area?) and I am wondering if it is the same concept where you can bring the mugs back and pay for refills? Can the Goofy's mugs be used there too?

Where Ice Station Cool use to be -- now Club Cool, or something like that.

I never have bought those mugs anywhere. So don't know the details. Maybe if you buy it there you can refill it with all the Beverly you want.
