Where Is the new ride going

i have heard of the new shooting arcade ride that is going in DCA and it is going in paradise pier now when i went in Feb is saw at PP that there was fencing that said that we are building a new a ttraciton and i thought is it going there. Now that might be the only place because they dont have alot of room?
So where is it going
