where is the emperor?

Hi, i LOVED the Emperor's New Groove! and i was wondering if any of the characters were in the parks at all, merch or meets?

And, if not why not!!!

I can't answer your question, just wanted to chime in on liking the Emperor's New Groove. I've been having a tough time lately and this movie really helps. Especially the part where Kuzco fires Ezma, "you're part of a permanent outplacement...".

Anyway, I was wondering why none of these characters are in the parks, too.

I like the movie and wish they were in the parks too.

LIfe has been hard lately so I happen to like them going over the waterfall and the "Bring it on". lol I have so been there, done that.

I think I saw him a few years ago in the World Showcase. I wanna say he was by Mexico but I could be be wrong. Haven't seen him in a while though.

I would like to preface my statement with the fact that I also LOVED the Emperor's New Groove.

My guess as to why there's relatively little in the way of merchandise and characters is because the movie tanked.

We have it at home and DS6 and DS3 both get a kick out of it.

Reminds me of the time with older DS, then 3, hit younger DS, then an infant, over the head with a stick. When asked why he did that, he replied "I wanted him to turn into a Llama."

I did get my picture with llama Kuzko at MGM. when I was on my honeymoon in 2001. That is the only time I have seen him or any of the other characters.

My DH and I LOVE that movie! It still makes us laugh until we're in tears and we quote it all the time.

I seem to remember someone once suggesting on a Disney board that they rename one of the water parks "Kuzko-topia". It would never happen, but it's a cute idea!

New Groove probably has some of the most quotable lines ever. Our three kids quote lines from it, I like to hear it when we are driving somewhere.

The only movie that comes close with the one liners is Muppets Treasure Island....

"How does she do that?!?!?"

I'm so glad there are others out there who love this movie as much as me! My favorite is the end with the squirrels!

I LOVE the Emperor's New Groove! DH's favorite character is Kronk. "Break down the door!! What are you kidding that's hand carved mahogony."

stinkerbelle that picture is with Prince John from Robin Hood. I had one once with Robin and Maid Marion but the film got ruined. Too bad I don't see them a lot.

Personally, I enjoy telling my babysitting kids I am going to turn them into a flea, then I am going to put that flea in a box. . . Little kids can get very big eyes. LOL
