When we get off our American flight and collect our luggage, where do we go to get our Budget rental car? We have always used Tiffany Town Car, and this time we're renting a car, and have no idea where to go.

When you get your luggage, you will need to go down one more floor, either via escalator or elevator. The car rental agencies are one floor below the luggage claim area. The garage that houses the cars is directly across from the rental counter area. You'll exit the building, cross the street, and go into the garage.
