Where is the best pretzels at wdw?

Hi looking for good fresh pretzels both in parks and in other aeras like dtd ?

Do they do both savoury and sweet? What is the cost and is there DVC discount? I'm not on ddp

I love Wetzel Pretzel at DTD I always get the cinnamon sugar one. I also like the sweet cream cheese stuffed one at the lunching pad in MK it is just under 5.00. We always use a snack credit. I know I have seen others post about a jalapenio stuffed one maybe but not sure where it is.

We got the jalapeno stuffed pretzel, in AK, near the safari. There are a few other places that carry them as well, it was very tasty!

Oddly enough, it's not at the QS location in Germany. Yuk! Worse pretzel I've ever eaten. And we've given them more than 1 try. The ones you can buy frozen at the grocery store were better.

I'm a purist of sorts - old-fashioned pretzels work best for me.

Any of the Mickey-shaped pretzels that have been warm for a while. However, it could be said these can be a bit dense. But because of all those contours, you get an awful lot of pretzel. We don't dip into sauce/cheese, maybe a bit of brown mustard (if located in Disney).

I'm another big fan of the jalapeño cheese pretzel. The pretzel in Germany is also very good for a plain pretzel.

Yes, we always get them at the beer stand in Germany. I can't remember the exact name.

Those may well be different than the ones I'm talking about. The ones I think are awful are the ones served at the QS location, Sommerfest. The same place you can get Brats, etc. Just outside the entrance to Biergarten. Not at the kiosk/beer stand.

Actually, looking at the 2015 menu it appears they took them out of there. They had them last summer because DH forgot how bad they had been on past trips and he got them again. Same awful pretzel

The Mickey shaped pretzels are the best.

I do agree that the pretzels in Germany are not that good. We tried one last year and all 5 of us said it was bland. We thought they forgot an ingredient since everyone on the boards loves them.

We liked the Pretzel in Germany, but I must say Wetzel Pretzel at Downtown Disney is still the best!! Love the Pretzel bites with Butter and salt! YUM I will be having some in May!!!

I also get a jalapeno pretzel at the cart beside American Idol. I also get a beer here (lite if it is before 11am-LOL)
