Where is the best place to find Mulan?

Our dd (age 6) really wants to see her (we couldn't find her two years ago)....she also wants to see Tinkerbell.

We were there in Late February, and saw her in China at the World Showcase in EPCOT. In the afternoon hours. You may want to stop at Guest Services at EPCOT to find out her schedule.

You can find Mulan and Mushu in China. Tinker at the pixe hallow in MK.
