Where is Moana

Why is Moana gone? I really hope they bring her back! We saw her in March, went to visit friends in June and she was gone. Just got back from a short trip and still no word of her. Plus there is hardly any merchandise?! Has anyone heard if they were going to add her somewhere or keep her just in Disneyland?

I heard they tried to cast for a regular meet and greet but didn't have enough "friends" apply. Such a shame. My boys would love to meet her. My guess is she may be at DL where there is a higher Hawiian/Polynesian population?

She has a meet and greet with a long wait time (on par with the seven dwarves) at MNSSHP. There is also a Moana segment during Happily Ever After fireworks with very cool spiral shaped fireworks.
