I heard rumors it was moving to CA but I can't find any info for April 20th.
Also, is Spider-Man part of this attraction?

It is now an outdoor meet-and-greet in HollywoodLand of California Adventure. It is Spiderman and Captain America together. I don't know hours.

No. It closed on Saturday and the new greets started in DCA on Sunday.
