Where is hair dryer in studio at BLT???

we checked in today & I've had to call for so many things that I'm hoping to avoid another call. Anyone know where the hair dryers are kept in the BLT studios? I can't seem to locate it.

Normally in the bathroom somewhere in the cabinet. They are in black bags so often difficult to see. If not there take a look in the closet - it might be hanging in a bag there.

Or try on the shelves under the mirror in the kitchenette. I have found them there sometimes.

We recently stayed in a BLT studio and the room was missing the hair dryer. They brought one quickly after we called to notify them it was missing.

Yea, we don't have one. We were short several items upon check-in. I finally called them them tonight and they said it should be in a bag in the closet…..not one there. My daughter had packed one so we're using that. Just didn't want them to think I took the one that should've been here. They didn't offer to send one up but we don't need it so it didn't matter.

We were there early June and I also couldn't find the hairdryer. As emilymad said, I found it in the kitchenette on the shelves below the mirror. Off-topic: While I didn't love the decor in the actual room of the studio, I absolutely loved the functionality of the kitchenette. Personally, I find it to be the best in set-up and storage.

When I checked into BLT in May, there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the middle of the room. I went to put it away, but there was one in the closet. The room was clean. Just looked like mousekeeping left it there by accident. I took it out in the hall to a mousekeeper. She said it was not her room. English was not her language, so she didn't seem to understand at all. It was a lockoff, so maybe it belonged in the other half? Anyway, they left it out in the hall the 3 days I was there! I have no idea what they did with it after I left!?!

Agree you don't want to be charged for something missing, but I have always had the hair dryer in my unit, although as others stated, could be in various places. Seems like in AKV Jambo it is usually hanging on a hanger in a bag in the armoire, near the laundry bag and list.

I don't think studios have a laundry basket since there is no washer/dryer in the unit. We have never seen one in any studios we stayed in.

I'd have thought they'd be the rooms to have them since if you're doing laundry, you're shlepping it to another location. They did bring us a laundry basket and said it should've been in the closet but they may not have realized when I called that we were a studio. I'm not sure, but that room now has one or at least it did when we left!
