Where is Guest services?

First time in almost 20 years to Universal. I am looking to see if there is a guest services outside Islands of adventure and will they be open during early entry? Also just in general once inside is there more then 1 guest services and where are they located ? I can not find them on any maps even on the universal website. I am so confused as to why this is hard information to find. Maybe I am doing something wrong haha. Please help!

There are guest services outside both park entrances, inside the park entrances (kind of behind where the outside entrances are?) and then a one person manned spot at the entrance of the Hogwarts Train Stations. Those are the ones I'm familiar with.

There is also a guest services in citywalk next to Forest Gump restaurant

Also if you go to the website, the pdf version of the map shows them as a ? with a box around it.


The same icon is used for the USF and IOA pdf maps
