Where is Guest Relations at DTD?

I'm planning on activating our APs at DTD but was wondering where Guest Relations was located.

Also, which is better: Activate APs and then check in, or check in and then go activate APs?

At the back and right across from Once Upon A Toy Story Store.

park in lot A and it is right there,from the parking lot, on the left in the little alley way. it is across from the restrooms. coming from the other direction ( if you are in dtd already) it is the alley across from the pin trader's shop, by summer sands and the team Mickey shop. , on the right coming that way

we went first since the shops closed around 10 and it was after 9
