Where is everyone at WDW?

It's been a while since I went pin trading at WDW. Except for the EPCOT event it has probably been about 4 months. So last Sunday I went to the Boardwalk to try to trade and there was no one there except for a few kids. Then tonight I went to the Contemporary and there was apsolutly no one there. Granted I didn't get there tonight until about 11:30, but Ed told me that they are normally there until atleast midnight.
So where is everyone? Did the trading locations change and no one told me? Is anyone going to the Poly tomorow?

Hi, Becky, and welcome to the DIS.

I haven't heard anything about the locations changing. The official hours for the Contemporary meet are 7:00 to 11:00 PM, IIRC, and I would imagine most people start leaving when the Disney CMs wrap things up. Some people go over to the bar near Chef Mickey's, some go down to the food court.

I'm sure Ed, Donna, Amber, or some of the other locals will know more than I do about the meets.

Sorry we missed you...we haven't been for a few weeks, busy moving closer to Disney, and trying to get it all done before we leave on the cruise next week...We will be there next Fri...but you might try the All Star Sports food court on Thurs night. that is a pretty good one, the boardwalk hasn't done too well lately, just when all the pin traders are in town..We were at down town Disney for awhile last night, and there were some down there, and now it isn't too hot..so you might try there...

We aren't going to the poly tonight....this is soap week end at MGM, and we are going over there later, and tomorrow...there will be some new pins released..plus the show they put on at the end of the evening, is worth going for..

Besides Eddie has to get ammunition for another soap post..Maybe we will see you later..good luck

In fact we were looking for you last night...June said she saw you, so we took up the search..but we will find you tomorrow, Lauree and the girls are going too, we may go forawhile tonight too...so be on the lookout..

And Judith, my camera is charging as we speak, so it should be a ball, that is if security doesn't have to through him out this year....right Becky!!

I promise to try not to throw anyone out unless I get pushed in front of one of the motorcade cars like last year. As for other Security people *shrugs* who knows.
Any Friday or Saturday you want to find me just hang out on the road between World of Disney and the parking lots. I'll eventually come through there. I may even make a show of putting Ed in the car. lol
