Where is Daisy?

Any hints on where to best look for Daisy? My 2 year old loves her. We went in July and saw most characters between DCA and DL, though it took some time and effort since they moved around and came out at random. The day we were at DCA we were told she was in DL and the day we were at DL they said she was at DCA.

We are going again in December and would like to try again. Any tips? Maybe we just had bad luck this last time.

When were there in June, I swore she was around Carthay Circle in DCA wearing a 20s outfit around 2pm. Not sure about DLR. Since Toontown is still out of commission, I think that took away a spot she's normally at. Character interactions are definitely more difficult to plan for in Disneyland in post-Covid times. I would ask a cast member after you arrive.

Not 100% sure she is there but maybe check the Plaza Inn character dining breakfast.

At DLR, she can be found at Minnie's breakfast at Plaza Inn.
