Where is Boma Restaraunt?

My Husband heard from a friend that Boma Restaraunt is very good. I can't seem to find it on the restaraunt menu's? Can anyone tell me if it has a different name or where it is located?

Items on this buffet vary, but everything as excellent when we stayed at AKL & ate there many times.

Some of the names of the dishes sound odd (not appealing to my kids) but if you check out the recipes on Margie J's site it might give you a better idea.

We were never adventurous eaters, but have "expanded our horizons" since eating at Boma. We now make a number of their recipes on a regular basis.

BTW - DH swears it's "the best restaurant on the planet!"
