Where is a good place to meet male Disney fans?

I don't know about any other women out there, but I have yet to meet a man that shares my love or at least has an appriciation for Disney stuff. Most just think it is boring or cheesy and won't let themselves enjoy the magic. Any ideas where I could meet a Disney guy?

I understand exactly where you are coming from-I have yet to seriously date a man who really shares or even gets my love of Disney but I'm hopeful he's out there somewhere.

There are a few of us around here. It never hurts to be social, especcially in the Adults/Solo threads where you are more likely to run across single guys chatting. You may also find the occasional single guy attending a DISMeet.

DC is right-I've starting talking to alot of great new people on the Adult/Solo threads & you never know who you might meet just chatting with fellow DISlovers!

Not to be a Debbie Downer but please also be very vigilant when meeting that Prince that you are looking for. it doesnt mean they work at a place where dreams come true that they will make you dreams come true. Be very careful.

The best and safest thing to do is to join in with some of the Dismeets that get setup here on the Boards. On the Disboards I know of 5 couples that have meet during a Dismeet. Four of those couples are now married and the 5th will be married in May 2012. (No I'm not one of them). I enjoy just hanging out with those who have the LOVE of DISNEY.

more like finding a needle in a haystack...don't get me wrong, so glad you guys are out there...as few of you as there are, but I think the original question is where do we get to meet gentlemen such as yourself. I think it's a safe bet that starting on the single/adult threads here is a good start however, it's the fact that most men don't find there way over here OR..... they think that there are stalker women out there and don't feel like dealing with the drama in which case I get it. we all take a chance on forums like this meeting the right (or the right-now) person, it's all in what you're looking for (or not looking for).

A friend of mine met her hubby on a singles thread here on the solos and they have been married for five years. They agreed to meet at Disney for a meet and greet and I'm guessing it went well....

When I was single I went tons of times and occasionally met a single Disney gal but for the most part, you never knew whether someone was actually single or just not with their spouse at the moment. When PI was still great I met and danced with a lot of Disney gals...too bad they closed that door..

OP, I dated a guy for a while who was a closet Disney fan. Just because they don't scream Disney doesn't mean it's not in there somewhere.

I understand ya OP. Single, Disney-loving girl here too. It's tough to find a good guy, let alone a Disney fan. I don't need a Disney nut, but someone who would put up with me wanting to vacation there. I like to take vacations outside of WDW but always seem to come back at some point.

My general question is always "where are all the good single guys?"

I've actually seen a few people I know on the boards from Norman (before I knew they were on here), and there was an Okie thread on the Welcome boards a while ago. We're a little few and far between, but we're on here!

These things do happen and chiming in here on the solo threads can be helpful. My fiancé and I met on here back at the end of may early june. We met up in Disney in early june of this year and now he has moved to texas we got engaged in october and are getting married on our 1 year anniversary at disney world July 1, 2012. It can happen.
